[HALLOWEEN PARTY!] -- [Open to ALL PLAYERS!] -- [IC Event!]

It had gone out as an announcement over a month ago, sent to every padd and station by one very excited Captain. A Halloween party! Must come in costume, must have fun!

Despite the hell that had been going on for the last few days, Kirk was determined that it still would happen. After a long discussion with the ship's quartermaster, along with a small army of crewmen who wanted to help, the largest rec room was decorated.

A huge buffet table had been prepared by the galley and sat spread out, all in Halloween theme. Green punch with floating eyeballs, cake decorated to look like a gravestone, a huge bowl of candy, a holographic severed hand that was scurrying around on the table top. There was even a bar set up with quite an expanse of liquor that had been secured on Risa.

There was a small seating area off to one corner, a huge dance floor, tables spread out for a real meal, and a small corner set up for music.

(OOC: Just like the thread with Risa... this is a party that's 'open' from now until Sunday night at midnight! Go nuts! This IS supposed to be IC, like the Risa party, so keep that in mind!)

"Yes, I've heard about the Enterprise. Never met her, though, which is a bit unfortunate, as I was planning on talking to her about the Buick, actually, and I wouldn't even know her if I saw her holographic representation." He decided they'd discussed serious matters enough for the time being. "I think she's a bit lonely, stuck on her own as she is, so something has to be figured out on that front."

[OOC - Oh man, I've talked to so many people to try and get Len a description of the Enterprise, so he can recognize her statue. Why didn't I think about Ephram?}

"I wonder if she would think to make an appearance at the party...she did seem more than advanced enough in intelligence to appreciate it." Ephram appreciated the change in topic. A Halloween party was not the place to talk about work. "Mr. Nimoy, it's...actually quite sweet that you care about your car that way. It can't be easy to just accept its new intelligence, but you have."

"Well, I'd be lying if I said it didn't throw me at first, but to be honest, it'd be rather silly to not acknowledge it, given that she was in my head and that I wasn't the only one who could hear her." He shrugged, "Plus, I've always been overly fond of her, even when I thought she was just a car." He shot Ephram a curious look. "So, you've actually met the Enterprise then? Any hints on what her hologram looks like that might help me track her down?"
