There was a lot going on on his ship, and it was happening faster than he could keep up sometimes. He thanked everything for Spock as his First Officer because otherwise he would have had a backup of paperwork and a million other details he just couldn't deal with on top of everything else.

He knew there was someone new on the ship - the Sulu from Pasha's universe. He hoped this would be easy... specially since their own Sulu had gone missing. That still pissed him off, upset him. Sulu had been one of the best navigators he had ever seen, and the way he and Pavel had worked together... fuck.

He needed to talk to Scotty something fierce about the transporter. He couldn't figure out what happened that the four had ended up on the ship as women, but something had happened.

Harry's expression shifted at that. It was a good thing his actual reaction was reasonable.

"Dangerous persons on board, Kirk?" Harry asked quietly. Shit.

Well this was going to fucking complicate things.

"Anything specific I should warn them of?"

"Not to be alone with anyone." He couldn't explain all the details, not to this outsider, but he had to warn Walsh for the man's sake and the women he was escorting. "Not without you in the room with them, or checking with me." At least none of the other James Kirk's looked like him.

He wasn't sure what he'd do if they did look just like him.

...None of them would have the scars.

"I'll keep a sharp eye," Harry replied.

Fucking asshole, couldn't even give him half a bit of information. Good thing the girls weren't stupid, this obtuse bullshit might actually put them in more danger.

Nothing skews the mind like paranoia, after all.

"Thanks, Captain." Harry nodded and bowed out of the room.

Kirk sat down, watching Walsh leave.

..There was something he didn't like about the man.

It bothered him he couldn't figure out what though.
