Communication to All

Your oh so lovely Captain has reserved an entire bar for our use for our final night on Risa! You can get the position of it from the attached file. Nice little place, tucked up on the beach and right up against the waterline, full bar with everything you can imagine! I'll be seeing you all around sunset!

[OOC: This thread can run as long as we need it too, far past the 'end' of Risa Saturday night. Feel free to post anywhere, there's no order, who gives a damn about how the thread looks, just HAVE FUN!]

"Spoken like a true farmboy." she teased with a playful smirk. "I was born and raised in Nairobi. My brother practically shoved me up the Ngong hills before I could walk."

"I used to be absolutely terrified of heights," George confided. "Panic attack level at the thought of having to do that kind of stuff. I'm better now, but..."

"It's not so bad when you're up top." Nyota assured him, as if determined to get him up a mountain one day. "When you've done it, and you're all finished, all you can feel is exhilarated. It's like an adrenaline rush."

George chuckled. "Usually all I get when I get on top is a feeling of relief...a and then an oh shit moment when I realize I have to get back down." He mountain climbed when he had to for work. "Give me a good springy stick, a hook, and a bit of fishing line any day of the week."

"I don't think I've ever been fishing." Nyota replied thoughtfully, scouring her memory. It had never been a particularly attractive activity, sitting in a boat on a shore and just waiting for something to bite. She had unlimited patience for some things, and next to none when it came to others. She imagined that fishing would fall into the latter. "I do enough sitting down on the bridge. When I've got a break I need to keep moving."

"That's a shame," George shook his head. "Don't much care for modern fishing but old fashioned is relaxing. Just quiet meditative time."
