He squirmed underneath her, tiny futile motions that Christine recognized, even if he didn't. He was close, and she kept going, didn't stop until - oh - he was shaking, suddenly, and her mind was flooded with thoughts that weren't hers.

Surprise, bewilderment, he'd been taken off guard and he didn't know what this was, only that he liked it, liked it and her and this, this was amazing and -

Christine closed her eyes, threaded her fingers tight through his, and drew back to press her forehead against his trembling thigh. Trying to remember to breathe.
