She shivered: ostensibly from the cool air hitting her back, but not entirely unmotivated by the way his gaze traveled up her torso. He was still green, but smiling, and she smiled back, bending down slightly to meet him as he pushed himself up from the mattress.
His skin was warm and soft as he pressed against her, and she bent her head against his neck, wrapping one arm around his back to support him as she reached her other hand up to stroke through short hair.
"So beautiful," she murmured, her breath tickling his ear.
