Spock was simply being logical. She was good at logic.

And, she was pleased to discover, good at kissing Leonard in this new body. Leisurely strokes of tongue that belied the increased pace of Leonard's breathing, his racing heart. Spock cataloged the signs of arousal.

Jim seemed to share them. The bond was electric with sensation and Spock began, almost automatically, to feed it to both of them, closing the circuit.

It was a simple matter, when their kiss broke, to slide skin against skin and lean to kiss Jim, all shivering hunger.

The three of them had hardly practiced the geometry of sex - the blurred memories of pon farr (pon farr seemed a distant and strange concept) and one too brief night - but Spock suspected they would find a suitable arrangement.

In fact, as Leonard continued to push Jim back across the table, to spread Jim's legs around his body, Spock considered that the possibilities, even within the constraints of their remaining time (47 minutes, 17 seconds) the possibilities were gratifyingly diverse.
