McCoy was certainly aware, but tracking them down was proving more difficult. And extremely frustrating, knowing they were somewhere and having no idea where. As such, he was somewhat relieved when his comm beeped and Kirk's voice rang out.
"McCoy here. I take it they're back?" Where are they went unspoken, but it hovered in the tone of his voice.
