Kirk beat them down to the room, and looked it over. Seemed to be just another method of them fucking with the space-time-continuum. It required two ships – maybe they both had to be Enterprises, who knew – two simultaneous transporters working and calibrated to within an inch of their lives. Required two skilled operators, required one very determined individual to brave this. At least, no matter what happened to Pike and Spock on the other side, they’d be off his ship! Kirk could have done a little dance about that.
That report the other day. Bastard-face’s Spock had attacked (almost attacked? Technicality) Joanna in the mess hall. Pike had forced him back, hurt him pretty badly. He wondered about it, along with the fact that since their release from the brig (the more and more he thought about THAT the more annoyed he got, as he just couldn’t figure out why they were allowed out of the brig at all after Pike was out of sickbay) he had nothing… bad reported about them. Pike had stopped Spock from attacking, and that was it.
He leaned up against the wall, waiting for them to get there.
(OOC: This is happening in wibbly-woobly time I assume? XD Cuz... Currently Kirk’s down on the planet…????)
