kirktasticShort, simple, but something in me says I should record this. Fuck, because I think if I don't I won't remember it.
Bones is still asleep, that's why this is so soft.
I dreamed I was taking the Kobayashi Maru all over again. Except it wasn't the Kobayashi Maru. It was the Farragut. I sat there and played with lives not my own. Even eating that same fucking apple.
I made all the wrong choices. The Farragut blew, taking its crew with it. I had failed the test. Everyone turned away from me, blaming me for it. I couldn't figure out why, until they told me it had really happened.
I woke up, sweating, breathing hard. Three hundred twenty? Seems like a much fucking smaller number now.
Did I fail the test? Recording finished.
