[Captain's Office] -- [Open Post]

There was a lot going on on his ship, and it was happening faster than he could keep up sometimes. He thanked everything for Spock as his First Officer because otherwise he would have had a backup of paperwork and a million other details he just couldn't deal with on top of everything else.

He knew there was someone new on the ship - the Sulu from Pasha's universe. He hoped this would be easy... specially since their own Sulu had gone missing. That still pissed him off, upset him. Sulu had been one of the best navigators he had ever seen, and the way he and Pavel had worked together... fuck.

He needed to talk to Scotty something fierce about the transporter. He couldn't figure out what happened that the four had ended up on the ship as women, but something had happened.

(OOC: This is for all new people and anyone else who needs this!)

(OOC: Real life happens! No worries! That is a hella cute icon.)

"I doubt there's any Sulu in any universe that would hurt his ship unless it's opposite universe." Kirk smirked, but it faded just before his next words. "...The Sulu of this universe has just... vanished, just as much as you randomly appeared here. It'll be good to have someone who can fly this thing again with his skill."

{OOC: Thank you, I was a little worried you guys would think I abandoned you. I know right? It's so cute, I find excuses to use it whenever I can.}

"It's a good thing I'm not from that universe, then isn't it?" Sulu joked before noticing Kirk's change in demeanor. "Is that an offer to have me pilot the ship, Kirk? Because, I think I can really only do it if Pasha's my helmswoman, because I haven't gotten to be do that in while with him."

"I don't see why it'd be any different. You two work best together." He gave that fierce grin, "Course I want you piloting this boat."

[identity profile] pilotforflowers.livejournal.com 2010-02-02 06:03 am (UTC)(link)
He grinned back, finding it awesome that he'd get to be with his best friend again. "Well, since I'm stuck here for now, I don't mind piloting this boat. Someone has to leave the parking brake on and keep you from completely breaking the ship.

[identity profile] kirktastic.livejournal.com 2010-02-02 01:40 pm (UTC)(link)
"I heard about that later, you know. The parking brake and Spock showing you up," his voice was a tease now, grinning to show it. "I'll leave the breaking of the ship to you and Scotty."

Now that it had been a while since it happened, Sulu couldn't but laugh as well at the absurdity of the situation. "It was embarrassing as hell. I wasn't even supposed to pilot and then I managed to make myself look like an idiot faster than you could say Enterprise. And I'm the only one who'll break it, Scotty will fix it up."

[identity profile] kirktastic.livejournal.com 2010-02-03 01:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Kirk held up a finger, laughing as well, "Wait, wait, Scotty's done a couple of breakings on his own already, he can just fix them really quickly! And, oh man Sulu, I would have given anything to see the look on your face when that happened on the bridge..."

[identity profile] pilotforflowers.livejournal.com 2010-02-04 03:25 am (UTC)(link)
"We don't speak of those breakings, but you have a point, I will give you that, Kirk, just this once. And, maybe I'll reenact it for you one of these days. I could do it right now, but it sort of loses the effect when you don't have Spock looking smug in his Vulcan way behind you."

Sulu smirked though, pointing at Kirk. "Your entrance was classic, you know."
