Until Jim pointed it out, Bones hadn't noticed that they were out of booze. Spending so much time outside playing in the water and the surf, not to mention the sex, tired him out each night so thoroughly that he hadn't been looking for his nightly glass of bourbon or whiskey or whatever else was around. Had to think about that later...
"Yeah, probably," he agreed. "Pick up some more food, too." Bones didn't use a replicator on a planet unless he had to, didn't make sense with so much good real food around. "You know," he stood and grabbed the tin of cookies that Jim had brought with them, "I'm really looking forward to this. Hope they can come," he added, chewing on a cookies before dropping them on the table in front of Jim. Standing there, wearing only a pair of jeans, he rubbed at his extended food belly. "Damn, that was good. Probably need to walk up that mountain instead of riding up it on a cycle."
