Right on cue, Chris' stomach growled impatiently. "Thank God," he laughed. "Never thought I'd say this, but it feels so good to actually be hungry." He dressed in a pair of pants and shirt himself, turning to grin at Karl again once they were dressed. "And I don't hurt any more."

He sobered a bit, remembering the reason for those aches and pains, but it was such a relief to be back in his own skin. Chris stretched, his arms raising above his head as he just relished the feeling, his shirt riding up a little.
