And--there was something charming about the way she kept going all pink like that, even if it was from discomfort.
He remembered
cold
only too well. And she'd offered him a blanket, too; humans didn't seem to like the cold either. Even if it was good for swelling.
"Let me." He unwound the ice and just managed to scoot the towel to the bedside platform--thank goodness she had one.
He gave her hand a slight squeeze before letting go. Didn't want to be too pushy, but he wanted to be sure.
Ayel very carefully wrapped a palm against her ankle.
